Madison artist Phagan to sign Chautauqua poster

(September 2015) – The Madison Chautauqua Festival of Art in September will be presenting the third and final poster in a special series by local artist Eric Phagan. The posters will be made available for sale to the public from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at Phagan’s Gallery 115, located at 115 E. Main St., Madison, Ind.
Live piano will be performed by Brook Reindollar. Wine from Madison Vineyards paired with food from Gallery 115 will be available.
“The series of paintings represent Madison’s Riverfront through the use of different light,” explains Phagan. “Morning fog, early afternoon, and late evening. Timeless qualities that take you back, whether through experiences or stories of days gone by.”

A limited edition of 250 copies of the poster will be sold for $45 each. All three posters in the series can be purchased for $120.
The 2015 Madison Chautauqua Festival of Art is scheduled for Saturday-Sunday, Sept. 26-27 in downtown Madison. More than 100 exhibitors are expected to participate. The event also features live music throughout the festival grounds and a large food court along the Ohio River.
